On the afternoon of 18 May, "Xuzhou Join-In Plaza Phase II" and "Suzhou Taihu Lake Elderly Care Project" Planning Scheme Expert Appraisal Meeting was held by Join-In Holdings Group Company Limited in Suzhou Join-In Crowne Plaza Hotel. Management and industry experts from companies in the health field such as Vanke Group, Greentown Group, Harmony Group, and China Senior Citizens Service Industry Association were also invited to attend the meeting. They offered advices for the design and planning of Join-In Health Elderly Care New Project. Chairman of Join-In Holdings Group Mr. Gao Jianrong, president Mr. Xu Qinghua and general managers of branches, and experts together discussed new mechanism, new strategy and new model for the development of China's health elderly care market in the future.

After hearing the report of "Join-In Taihu Lake Elderly Care Project Preliminary Planning Scheme" given by Greentown Group and the report of "Xuzhou Join-In Plaza Phase II (Health and Commercial Center) Project Planning Design Scheme" given by Canada EDG Design Company, experts discussed positioning and planning of the projects. They also analyzed and discussed the prospect of the project in aspect of service, management and operation, and brought up constructive suggestions.

Xuzhou Join-In Plaza Phase II (Health and Commercial Center) Project is located in the new urban area, with distinctive location advantages and convenient transportation. Adjacent to Dalong Lake Scenic Zone, it has fresh air and good environment, so it is very suitable to be developed into a health and elderly care project. The phase II includes Health Data Center, Physical Examination Center, Rehabilitation Center, Elderly Multifunction Activity Zone, Outdoor Activity Amusement Center, and Elderly Leisure Life and Functional Club. At present, there is no benchmark product in Xuzhou and Huaihai Economic Zone.
